Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor- Certified EFT
Couples/Family Session (60 min)- $175
Individual Session (60 min)- $150
*sliding scale spots may be available
A licensed clinician has completed all state-mandated requirements for licensure and has undergone advanced post-licensure training and education in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Couples/Family Session (50min)- $130
Individual Session (50min)-$130
An associate has received a masters level degree, completed all state-mandated requirements for pre-licensure and is under clinical supervision.
Insurance/Reimbursement
Out- Of Network.
We are considered OON as we take a client centered approach to counseling, looking at the whole person/relationship and their unique situation. Unfortunately, insurance does not. They require a mental health diagnosis which can limit the number of sessions, and our approach to support you best. Insurance often times does not cover couples/family therapy, however we can provide a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement

2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance!
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,
dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

Payment
We accept all credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
We require a card be on file through our secure portal. All cards are charged through a secure system and are charged the day of service.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, or do not show for your session, you may be charged the full fee.
